Overview
This is the steel variant of Yes4All's fractional weight plates set, four pieces at 1.25 pounds each, meant for fine-tuning barbell loads beyond standard plate jumps.
Fractional plates let lifters add small increments when a jump from one standard plate to the next feels too big for steady progress. Yes4All sells this set in both steel and rubber; this particular listing covers the steel version.
- 4 pieces at 1.25 lb each
- Alloy steel material
- Fractional microloading design
- Steel variant of a steel-or-rubber set
Who it's for
Good for lifters chasing small, steady strength gains who find 2.5 or 5 pound jumps too coarse. Not meant to serve as primary loading weight given how light the increments are.
Pros and cons
- Four matched 1.25 lb steel plates
- Enables finer loading increments than standard plates
- Steel build for durability
- Light total weight, not for primary loading
- This listing covers only the steel option, not rubber
- Bore size not specified
Performance notes
Steel construction gives these small plates durability for repeated use, and the matched 1.25 pound increments across four pieces support gradual load increases.
