Who it's for
Fits buyers wanting a larger-footprint steel bench with room to work around it and space for a 63 by 54 inch base. Not for anyone comparing on bench weight alone, since 200 pounds is heavier than average and will affect assembly and any future moving.
Pros and cons
- Large 63 by 54 by 37 inch footprint
- Alloy steel construction
- 200 pound item weight, hard to move alone
- No padding or adjustability details listed
Performance notes
Item weight is often a rough proxy for how rigid a bench feels under load, and at 200 pounds the 5786R sits well above lighter flat benches, which typically points to a wider base or thicker steel gauge. The 63 by 54 by 37 inch dimensions confirm a sizeable footprint that needs dedicated floor space.
