Overview
ATIVAFIT's adjustable weighted vest is a nylon shell vest sold in a 22 pound version, built to add resistance to walking, running or bodyweight training. The item weight listed, about 10.4 pounds, points to the vest itself weighing less than its stated load capacity.
There is a gap worth flagging between the two weight figures in the data: the size field lists 22lbs while the item weight comes in at 4.72 kilograms, roughly 10.4 pounds. That gap is typical for adjustable vests, where the shell and some inserts ship together but the full 22 pound load may include additional weight packs, so check the current listing for exactly what arrives in the box.
- 22 pound capacity version
- Nylon construction
- Item weight about 4.72 kg (10.4 lb)
- Black finish
Who it's for
Fits runners, walkers or bodyweight trainees looking to add graduated resistance to cardio or calisthenics work. Not the right pick for someone wanting a fixed, non adjustable heavy vest for strength specific loading.
Pros and cons
- Nylon shell built for movement during cardio or bodyweight work
- Adjustable up to a 22 pound capacity
- Gap between stated item weight (about 10.4 lb) and the 22 lb size figure needs checking before buying
- Weight increment details not specified
Performance notes
Nylon construction keeps the shell light and flexible for movement, with the adjustable weight system letting the load change as fitness improves. The specific increments and how weight is distributed across the vest are not detailed in the available data.
