CAP Reflective Weighted Vest 8-30 lb

Overview

The CAP HHWVIS-012FXBK-EP is a 12 pound weight vest made of neoprene and polyester, built to add resistance during running, walking or general workouts. It weighs 12.34 pounds in total and comes in black.

Weighted vests add load to bodyweight training without needing a barbell, and CAP's version uses a neoprene and polyester construction chosen for comfort against the torso and airflow during cardio work rather than tactical-style rigidity. At a fixed 12 pound size it is not adjustable, so the resistance level is locked in at purchase.

• 12 lb fixed weight vest
• Neoprene and polyester build
• Black colorway
• Built for running, walking and workouts

Who it's for

Fits walkers and runners looking to add steady resistance to cardio sessions, or anyone doing bodyweight circuits who wants extra load without holding dumbbells. Not for lifters who want a vest that scales up over time, since this is a fixed 12 pound unit.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

A weight vest works by distributing added mass across the torso so the body works harder through the same movement pattern, whether walking, running or bodyweight exercises. Neoprene and polyester construction keeps the vest flexible and breathable against the skin, though comfort at 12 pounds over longer sessions depends on how the straps distribute the load, which this listing does not detail.
