Fitvids 1-Inch Deep Grip Standard Weight Plates

Overview

The Fitvids BBL-1IN45P-1 is a cast iron weight plate set with a 1-inch center hole, built for standard (non-Olympic) barbells and dumbbell handles. The listed item weight totals 90 pounds.

The 1-inch center hole is the detail that matters most here: it fits standard bars and handles but will not slide onto the 2-inch sleeves used by Olympic barbells, so bar compatibility should be checked before ordering.

• 90-pound total item weight
• Cast iron material
• 1-inch standard center hole
• Model BBL-1IN45P-1

Who it's for

Suits home gym owners with a standard 1-inch bar or dumbbell handles who need a 90-pound plate set. Not compatible with Olympic barbells using 2-inch sleeves.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Cast iron gives the plates their density for the 90-pound total, and the 1-inch center hole is sized for standard bars rather than the 2-inch sleeves on Olympic barbells, so bar compatibility is the deciding factor here.
