Overview
A hydraulic rowing machine with 12 adjustable resistance levels, a cushioned seat and a 300 lb weight capacity, built for home cardio in a compact footprint that weighs about 22 lbs itself.
It uses a hydraulic piston system rather than a flywheel, so resistance is set by turning a knob instead of rowing against a wheel or fan, which keeps the unit light and easy to tuck away but gives a different feel than gym style rowers.
- 12 levels of hydraulic resistance
- 300 lb weight capacity
- About 22.4 lbs and compact for storage
- Tool free assembly of bars, seat, pedals and monitor
Who it's for
People with limited space who want a low impact, adjustable cardio option they can store easily at home. It suits light to moderate rowing sessions rather than serious rowing training.
Pros and cons
- 12 resistance levels adjust with one knob
- Weighs about 22 lbs for easy storage
- Cushioned seat aims to reduce strain
- Assembles in about 5 minutes, no tools
- Hydraulic piston feel differs from flywheel rowers
Performance notes
A knob sets one of 12 hydraulic resistance levels, working the legs, back, arms, shoulders and core with a low impact motion. The cushioned seat and track are shaped to follow the body's natural rowing path. Assembly involves attaching stabilizer bars, seat, pedals and a monitor, which the listing says takes about 5 minutes without tools.
