Overview
A side table, mantel or kitchen shelf suits the Aura Carver, a Wi-Fi frame that shows photos sent from smartphones. It plugs into the wall and has a black stone finish.
Remote family members can add photos from their phones, which suits grandparents who do not manage apps. The listing gives almost no details on storage, app requirements or setup.
Who it's for
Families gifting a frame to grandparents or relatives far away will use the phone sharing. Those without home Wi-Fi need an offline frame with a memory card slot.
Pros and cons
- Photos sent from smartphones
- Shelf friendly size
- Black stone finish
- Storage, app and setup not listed
- Needs Wi-Fi and wall power
Performance notes
Photo sharing depends on the home Wi-Fi connection, since images arrive over the network. Screen resolution sets how sharp prints look at close range. Constant wall power runs it without charging.
