Stakt Foldable Yoga Mat Pro

Overview

A light, easy to carry EVA foam mat with a strong average rating, worth a look for general floor workouts where portability matters.

With no seller description to reference, the spec sheet does the talking: a lighter-weight EVA foam mat rather than a thick padded one. That weight makes it easy to roll or fold and carry, though the listing does not state a foam thickness, so cushioning level is not something we can confirm here.

• Material: EVA foam
• Weight: 3.4 lb
• Color: black

Who it's for

Anyone wanting a portable foam mat for general floor work, stretching, or bodyweight exercise. Less suited to someone who specifically needs a thicker, high-cushion mat for joint-heavy floor moves.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

EVA foam is a common choice for grip and basic cushioning on a mat this light. At 3.4 pounds, it favors portability over the extra padding a heavier mat would offer, so expect it to perform best for general floor work rather than high-impact routines.
