Overview
The Step is a 22 by 12 by 6 inch aerobic platform made in the US from high-density polyethylene, meant to be used alone or stacked with additional platforms to change workout height. Its surface is textured for grip during stepping movements.
This is the classic stackable step used in group aerobics classes rather than a new design; the value is in the material, recyclable HDPE, and US manufacturing rather than any added feature. Stacking additional platforms is how you change the step height, since this listing is for a single platform.
- 22 x 12 x 6 inch platform
- Made in the USA from recyclable HDPE
- Textured nonslip surface
- Stacks with other platforms for variable height
Who it's for
People doing step aerobics, low-impact cardio, or looking for a stable platform to combine with other equipment for full-body workouts. Not a full stepper machine with motorized resistance.
Pros and cons
- Made in the US from durable HDPE
- Nonslip textured surface
- Stacks with additional platforms to change height
- Low-impact on joints
- Single platform only, risers sold separately
Performance notes
Height changes by stacking additional platforms rather than any riser mechanism built into this single unit, and the textured surface is meant to reduce slipping during stepping.
