Overview
A 20 lb bag of Purina Tidy Cats non-clumping clay litter, formulated with the brand's 24/7 Performance odor control system and a scented pebble texture rather than a clumping formula.
Non-clumping clay litters work differently from clumping ones: instead of forming solid clumps for spot removal, the litter absorbs moisture and relies on odor control additives, which typically means fuller box changes rather than daily scooping of clumps.
- 20 lb bag, non-clumping clay litter
- 24/7 Performance odor control
- Multi-cat formula
- Scented pebble texture
Who it's for
Multi-cat households or owners who prefer a full-change litter routine over daily clump scooping, and who do not mind a scented formula. Not the choice for owners specifically wanting a clumping litter for easy waste removal.
Pros and cons
- 24/7 odor control formula
- 20 lb bag suits multi-cat households
- Scented formula masks odor between changes
- Does not clump, so no daily spot scooping
- Scented formula may not suit odor-sensitive cats
Performance notes
The 24/7 Performance line is built around continuous odor control rather than clump formation, using scented clay pebbles to absorb moisture. Because it does not clump, litter box maintenance leans more on scheduled full changes than on scooping individual clumps.
