Overview
A 27 lb pail of Purina Tidy Cats' clumping clay litter, built for multi-cat households and left unscented. It's a granule-form clay litter sized for owners restocking a large-format tub rather than smaller bags.
As a clumping clay litter rather than a crystal or plant-based alternative, it works through the traditional scoop-and-clump mechanism most litter box routines already rely on. The unscented formula avoids added fragrance for owners or cats sensitive to scented litter, and the 27 lb pail size favors multi-cat homes over single-cat convenience.
- 27 lb pail, 432 oz total
- Clumping clay granule litter
- Unscented
- Multi-cat formula
Who it's for
Suits multi-cat households wanting a large clay litter supply without added scent. Owners wanting a lightweight or scented litter should look at other formats.
Pros and cons
- 27 lb pail suits multi-cat households
- Standard clumping clay for easy scooping
- Clay litter is heavier than crystal or plant-based alternatives
- No added scent for households that prefer fragrance
Performance notes
Being a clay granule litter, it clumps on contact with moisture for scoop-and-toss cleanup, the standard mechanism behind most traditional litters. The unscented formula relies on clumping and regular scooping rather than fragrance to manage odor.
