Overview
Launching long, straight drives with a very soft feel is the job of the Callaway Supersoft, built on an ultra low compression core. HEX dimples reduce drag for longer carry, and a soft cover adds feel near the green.
Softness and straightness are the reasons golfers choose it, with low compression helping accuracy. The cover is tuned for feel and some greenside control. Box count and construction layers are not listed.
Who it's for
Recreational golfers who value feel and accuracy over spin get an easy-playing ball. Players needing workability and wedge bite should choose a tour model.
Pros and cons
- Very soft feel
- Low compression for accuracy
- Aerodynamics for longer carry
- Soft cover for greenside feel
- Ball count not listed
- Not a tour spin ball
- Construction details thin
Performance notes
A low compression core deforms easily at impact, which helps ball speed and accuracy at moderate swings. HEX aerodynamics govern drag and lift for carry. The softer cover gives feel but less spin than urethane tour models.
