Overview
A ladies day scramble or a relaxed weekend round is where the Callaway Supersoft Splatter shines, with a pink splatter pattern made to celebrate Women's Golf Month. Under the paint, a HyperElastic SoftFast core and a hybrid cover aim for distance and a soft feel.
Soft feel plus a pattern that is easy to find in the rough make it a fun ball for casual golfers. The listing describes its construction as two or three piece without settling which, so golfers who match balls by layers get no clear answer.
Who it's for
Moderate swing speed golfers who like a soft feel and a colorful ball will enjoy it, and it makes a cheerful gift. Players who need firm, tour style spin control should look at a urethane tour ball.
Pros and cons
- Splatter pattern easy to find
- Soft core feel off the face
- Hybrid cover adds greenside control
- Two year warranty
- Construction listed as two or three piece
- Compression not stated
- Pattern may distract some putters
Performance notes
Distance comes from the HyperElastic SoftFast core, which returns energy while staying soft at impact. The hybrid cover blends durability with some greenside spin. Slower swing speeds compress a soft core easily, which helps carry without a harsh feel.
