Overview
An 8-ounce bag of freeze-dried beef tripe and kale nuggets from Badlands Ranch, made to work either as a food topper or a standalone training treat for dogs of any breed size.
Rather than a full meal replacement, this is positioned as a topper that adds raw-style nutrition to regular food or serves as a high-value training reward on its own. The formula centers on beef tripe and kale, with prebiotic, pumpkin and tart cherry as supporting ingredients, and the seller markets it as free of artificial additives. Freeze-drying keeps the nuggets shelf stable until rehydrated or fed dry.
- 8oz bag, beef tripe and kale formula
- Freeze-dried, high protein
- Contains prebiotic, pumpkin and tart cherry
- Suitable for all breed sizes, adult dogs
Who it's for
Owners looking to boost the nutritional value or palatability of a dog's regular food, or wanting a higher-protein treat for training, across any breed size. Not intended as a complete meal on its own given the small 8-ounce bag size and topper positioning.
Pros and cons
- Freeze-dried beef tripe and kale, no artificial additives claimed
- Works as topper or standalone training treat
- Suitable for all dog breed sizes
- Small 8oz bag size means frequent reordering for daily use
- Not a complete meal replacement
Performance notes
Freeze-drying preserves the beef tripe and kale content without cooking it down, which is the appeal for owners chasing a raw-style diet without raw handling. The prebiotic and pumpkin inclusions are aimed at digestion, while tart cherry and antioxidants are positioned as general wellness additions. As an 8-ounce bag it is meant to be portioned out over many servings rather than used as a meal base.
