Overview
Not a handheld walkie talkie, this Retevis unit is a mobile CB radio that mounts in a vehicle and runs from the cigarette lighter socket. It covers all CB channels in AM and FM and comes with a separate external speaker.
Noise filters and an external speaker help voices cut through engine and road noise. The listing skips power output and range, which matter most when choosing a CB.
Who it's for
Truckers, off-roaders and road trippers get a vehicle radio plus a speaker that can sit where it is easiest to hear. Hikers and anyone wanting a portable unit should look at handheld radios.
