Overview
A classroom, training room or office handing files to many people at once is the setting for this ten drive SanDisk Ultra set. Each drive slides its plug out of the body to connect, and a lanyard comes with every one.
Having ten matching drives makes distribution and labeling simple, and the slide-out plug removes lost caps from the equation. Per drive space is modest, so large video projects are better served by a bigger drive.
Who it's for
Workshops, school projects and file handouts suit the count and the lanyards. People archiving photo libraries or video will fill a single drive too quickly.
Pros and cons
- Ten drives ready to hand out
- No cap to lose
- Lanyard for every drive
- Works in older USB ports
- Modest space per drive
- Write speed not listed
Performance notes
A current USB port lets each drive reach the listed transfer speed, while an older port caps it. Documents and slides move quickly; large video files fill the space long before speed becomes the limit.
