Overview
Yoga-Mad's YBLEVAB2-BLU block uses EVA foam construction, weighs 0.25 kilograms and ships as a single blue piece. Used to support poses, extend reach or add stability during yoga practice.
EVA foam is the standard material for yoga blocks because it's light, holds its shape under body weight and won't absorb much moisture from sweat. At 0.25 kg, this block is in line with typical single-block weights, sized for hand or foot support rather than as a seat or bolster substitute. The listing includes just the one block rather than a pair.

Who it's for
Works for yoga practitioners who need an extra support point for balance poses, hip openers or seated stretches. Not the right pick for anyone who specifically wants two blocks in one order, since this listing covers a single piece.
Pros and cons
- Light EVA foam at 0.25 kg
- Blue color for easy visibility on a mat
- Standard block size for common yoga poses
- Sold as a single block, not a pair
Performance notes
EVA foam blocks compress slightly under hand or foot pressure, giving practitioners a stable but slightly forgiving surface compared to harder cork or wood blocks.
