Overview
A single black EVA foam yoga block from the Yoga M01185 line, weighing about 0.12 kilograms. It is designed to extend reach and provide a stable prop under the hands, feet or hips during yoga poses.
As a single block rather than a pair, it suits practitioners who already own one block and want a matching second, or who only use a block occasionally. The listing does not give block dimensions, so buyers pairing it with an existing set should check size compatibility.
- 1 EVA foam block
- Black color
- 0.12 kg weight
- Model M01185
Who it's for
Yoga practitioners, especially beginners working on flexibility, who need a firm prop to bring the floor closer or support balance poses. Less useful for anyone who wants a pair shipped together.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight at about 0.12 kg, easy to move between poses
- Firm EVA foam holds shape under body weight
- Black finish is neutral and easy to match with other gear
- Sold as a single block, not a pair
- Block dimensions are not listed
Performance notes
EVA foam blocks stay firm under body weight without compressing flat, which keeps the block's height consistent as it supports a pose. The light weight also makes it easy to reposition mid-sequence without breaking form.
