Tumaz Non-Slip Yoga Blocks 2 Pack

Overview

The Tumaz yoga block set comes as two EVA foam blocks weighing 0.55 lbs total, in a green colorway. EVA foam is a lightweight, firm material commonly used to prop up hands, hips, or feet during stretching and yoga poses.

As a pair rather than a single block, the set works for poses that call for support on both sides at once, like certain standing or seated stretches. Foam density and exact dimensions aren't listed, so this description sticks to what's confirmed: material, weight, and count.

• EVA foam material
• Set of 2 blocks
• 0.55 lbs total weight
• Green color

Who it's for

Suits yoga practitioners, at any level, who want extra height or support under hands and feet during poses. Less relevant if you specifically need cork or bamboo blocks for added firmness.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

EVA foam keeps the blocks light at just over half a pound for the pair, which makes them easy to reposition mid flow between poses. The tradeoff with foam over cork is generally less rigidity under heavier pressure, though the listing doesn't provide density specs to confirm firmness.
