Overview
A two-piece yoga block set from EXERZ, the EX-YB2S-BLK is made from EVA foam, finished in black and weighing about 390 grams for the pair. It is built for the kind of prop support used in yoga and stretching routines to bring the floor closer to the hands or hips.
EVA foam is the standard material for yoga blocks because it holds its shape under body weight while staying light, and at 390 grams for the pair these blocks are easy to carry to a studio or pack away at home. The set ships as two matching blocks rather than one, worth noting since some competing listings sell blocks individually.
- Material: EVA foam
- Set of 2 blocks
- Color: black
- Combined weight: 390 grams
Who it's for
Fits practitioners who need extra height or support for poses where hands or hips do not reach the floor, and beginners building flexibility over time. Not the pick for anyone who specifically wants cork or bamboo blocks, since this is a foam-only set.
Pros and cons
- Two matching blocks included, not sold as a single unit
- EVA foam keeps the set light for travel
- Foam only, no cork or wood option in this listing
- No block dimensions given
Performance notes
EVA foam blocks like this one are chosen for a firm but forgiving surface: they support body weight in poses such as supported bridge or half moon without digging into skin the way a harder material can. At 390 grams for both pieces, the set stays light enough that it will not weigh down a gym bag.
