Overview

This Overmont set, OM-Blocks II, includes two yoga blocks weighing 0.46 kilograms combined, finished in grey. The pair is meant to support both hands or both feet at once during a stretch or balance pose.

The material field is listed simply as grey, so the actual block material such as foam or cork isn't confirmed by the data and shouldn't be assumed. What's clear is the light combined weight and two-piece count.

Performance notes

Two matching blocks let a practitioner support both hands or feet at once, which is the main reason blocks are sold in pairs rather than singly.
