Overview
The MYGA RY1128 is a single foam yoga block weighing 120 grams, finished in dusty pink, made for supporting stretches and poses that need extra height or stability.
Foam blocks are the standard choice for yoga because they're light enough to reposition mid-flow and more forgiving under hands or feet compared to cork or wood. At 120 grams this block is on the lighter end of the category, and it ships as a single unit rather than a pair, which matters if your practice calls for two blocks at once.

Performance notes
Foam construction keeps this block light at 120 grams, making it easy to reposition during a flow without disrupting balance. Being a single-unit listing, it works best as an add-on to existing blocks or for poses that only call for one.
