Overview
An EVA foam yoga block from the brand listed as High, model YXL16121607. The listing includes four blocks made of lightweight foam in a solid color, meant to prop up hands or feet during poses that need extra reach.
EVA foam blocks trade heft for lightness, so grip and stability come from surface texture rather than mass. At 120 grams each they pack down small for a studio bag, which matters more to some buyers than firmness underfoot.
- EVA foam construction
- Four blocks per set
- 120 grams per block
- Solid color finish
Who it's for
Suits yoga or stretching practitioners who want a soft prop for hands, feet or seated poses, especially beginners easing into deeper stretches. Not the pick for anyone who leans hard on a block for balance work, since foam compresses more than cork.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight foam is easy to pack
- Comes as a set of four blocks
- Soft surface is gentle on hands and feet
- Foam offers less firm support than cork
- No dimensions given for hand fit
Performance notes
EVA foam gives moderate cushioning and compresses under sustained weight more than cork or wood equivalents. The solid color and uniform four piece set point to a starter kit rather than a single premium block.
