Beveled EVA Foam Yoga Block KEN1688

Overview

Two EVA foam blocks in light blue make up the KEN1688 set, built to add support and reach during stretching or yoga poses. It falls under Yoga Blocks and ships as a pair rather than a single block.

EVA foam blocks like this pair are common for beginners working on flexibility, since they are lighter and softer underhand than cork or wood blocks. Buying them as a set of two rather than one lets you use a block in each hand for balance poses without needing a second purchase.

Who it's for

Yoga practitioners, beginners in particular, get the most use out of this set when they want extra support reaching the floor in stretches or balance poses. Advanced practitioners who prefer the firmer feel of cork blocks may want a different material.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

EVA foam gives these blocks a soft edge and light weight compared to cork or wood alternatives, which makes them easier to hold and reposition mid pose but generally less firm under heavier weight bearing. Coming as a set of two lets you support both hands or feet at once in poses that need symmetric height.
