Overview
Everyday's 8172924-0001 is a single foam yoga block in black, weighing 2.6 pounds, sized to give light support under the hand, hip or knee during standing and floor based yoga poses.
Foam blocks are a common entry point for yoga props: light enough to reposition mid flow, soft enough to be comfortable under a knee or hip, and firm enough to support weight in standing poses. This one ships as a single unit rather than a pair.
- Foam construction
- 2.6 pound weight
- Black color
- One piece
Who it's for
Fits beginners or anyone building out a prop collection one piece at a time. Less suited to buyers who specifically want a matched two block set, since this listing is for one block only.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight foam is comfortable under knees or hips
- Simple single block for building a prop set incrementally
- Sold as a single block, not a pair
Performance notes
Foam construction keeps the block light and forgiving against skin contact, which suits restorative poses and beginner sequences where comfort matters more than the firmer grip cork offers.
