Overview
Photo studios, small offices and family archives can split large libraries across this five pack of SanDisk Cruzer Glide drives, each with a large capacity and a slide out connector. A lanyard comes with every drive.
Large capacity per drive lets each one hold a full photo library or project archive. Write speed is not listed, and filling a drive this size over USB takes time.
Who it's for
People keeping separate offline backups of photos, projects or records get roomy drives. Editors who work directly off external storage need faster gear.
Pros and cons
- Large capacity per drive
- Five drives for separate backups
- Capless retractable connector
- Write speed not listed
- Slow for working off the drive
Performance notes
Copy times depend on the USB port and the write speed, which the listing does not give, so large archives take longer to fill than to read back. Reads reach the listed rate on a matching fast USB port.
