Overview
A high-speed USB controller inside an all-metal casing drives the read speed of these SanDisk Ultra Flair drives, and they still work in older USB ports. Five drives come with five lanyards for handing out or labeling.
Five identical drives with lanyards make it easy to split files between people or projects. Only read speed is quoted, so copying large files onto the drives may be slower.
Who it's for
Classrooms, offices and households sharing documents and backups. Large video libraries need bigger drives.
Pros and cons
- Five drives in one pack
- Durable metal casing
- Works in USB 2.0 ports too
- Lanyards for labeling and carry
- Write speed not listed
- USB Type-A only, no USB-C
Performance notes
Full-speed transfer only happens in a matching high-speed port; in older ports it drops to slower rates. Many small files copy slower than one large file of the same total size.
